Right of withdrawal You may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. How to exercise it Tell us with a clear statement (by phone or email, using the details on our contact page) within the 14-day period. Returning the goods Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, in the condition you received them. You bear the direct cost of return unless agreed otherwise. Refund We refund what you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you sent them, using the same payment method you used. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that spoil or expire quickly (e.g. fresh food), to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or to goods made to your specification. Faulty goods Separately from the right of withdrawal, your statutory rights apply if an item is faulty or not as described. Contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
